<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Its raining Mangoes. How we love love Mangoes!! I have been wanting to make Panna Cotta for a very long time. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert made by cooking cream, milk and sugar, adding gelatin and then cooling it down. It is an easy dessert to make and tastes yummy.</span></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Y9qzA7fa1AQ/U5EiP1aiwfI/AAAAAAAAGrE/0vVbmf92-Hg/s1600/DSCF9688.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Y9qzA7fa1AQ/U5EiP1aiwfI/AAAAAAAAGrE/0vVbmf92-Hg/s1600/DSCF9688.JPG" height="303" width="400" /></a></span></div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">In this version of Panna Cotta, instead of gelatin, I have used agar agar. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>Ingredients:</b></span><br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Ripe mangoes - 2 </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Cream - 200 ml </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Milk - 250 ml</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Chopped Agar Agar strands - 4 tsp. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">Warm water - 3/4 cup</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Sugar - 125 gm </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp. </span></li>
</ul>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>Preparation:</b></span></div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Soak the agar agar strands in warm water for 10 mins.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">In the mean time, peel and chop the mangoes. Put it in a blender and make puree otherwise called as coulis.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add cream, milk and sugar in a deep bottom pan and cook it on stove top on low flame. Whisk it in frequent intervals till it comes to a gentle boil. Make sure that the sugar has dissolved completely.<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Simultaneously, cook the agar agar and water solution on low flame till all the strands have dissolved completely. Keep stirring it continuously.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Once the agar agar strands have dissolved and the milk+cream+sugar has come to a gentle boil, pour the agar mixture into the milk mixture and stir it very well with a whisk.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Cool the panna cotta mixture down for about 5 minutes. Whisk in the mango coulis into the panna cotta mixture.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Pour the panna cotta mixture into greased serving bowls. Cover it with cling film or foil and let it cool down till it becomes warm. </span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Place the bowls in the fridge and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours till it is set.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">While serving it, top it with some chopped mangoes bits or even praline. </span></li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I forgot to grease my bowls so I couldn't take it out the bowls. The <i>panna cotta</i> was set firm and what I loved was that it was not too sweet. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">If you are having a dinner party, then this dessert can be made a day earlier so that you are not bogged out on that day cooking the main course as well as the dessert. </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>Preparation:</b></span></div>
</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade. </span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Melt the butter by keeping it out or in a microwave for a minute.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add sugar to the butter and whisk using a hand blender.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add egg and vanilla essence and blend till smooth.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add cocoa powder and mix it well.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Next add the red food coloring. You might think the amount of color is too much but trust me, if you want the brownie to look red post baking,that much color is required. Otherwise it would look like a regular chocolate brownie.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Now add the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix it till it combines. Do not over whisk it.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Pour the mixture into a prepared 8 inch square baking pan or a mould of similar size.<i> I used my heart shaped one.</i></span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Take the dark chocolate and chop it into small pieces. Melt it on oven top or in a microwave till it is of pouring consistency.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Pour the chocolate over the brownie mix and swirl it to give it a marble design. I went overboard on the chocolate and had quite a bit. I just poured it over like an icing as seen in the pic above</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Bake it for 30-35 minutes. </span></li>

<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Its a pity that most of the restaurants in India don't sell it. I remember the first time I had them. I was around 7yrs old and had it from KFC in Dubai. I had never heard of Onion rings before that and in the first bite itself I knew I was going to have a life long bond with this dish. </span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I always thought it must be difficult to make these and you need some special equipment and ingredients like beer to make them. I finally decided to venture out and found this recipe online. They claimed it would taste like the ones in the restaurants. I was skeptical but I decided to give it a shot and they were so right, in fact it was better than the ones you get in some of the restaurants. </span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I have made lemon tarts in the past. The first trial was using Condensed milk which turned out too sweet, I mean really sweet. The second time it was by making the lemon curd on stove top and then baking it. That one came out too lemony, which I kinda liked it but my husband wasn't too happy about.</span></div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I love LOVE Cheesecake!!! I mean who doesn't!!!</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><div style="text-align: justify;">
Cheesecake's core ingredient is cream cheese which is available in India but is super expensive. The only Indian company that makes it is Britannia and in a small tub of 150 gms. with the pricing same as the content. To make a decent size you'll have to shell out quite a bit.</div>
</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I have been researching online out on how to make cream cheese at home or a replacement for it. </span><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">In my quest I found many people replacing it with hung curd or labneh or Greek yogurt. </span><span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">I finally decided to give it a shot and it was yummy. I have been kicking myself for not making this earlier.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">So enough of my ramblings and let's get to the recipe.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Pour the mixture into the baking dish containing the biscuit mixture. </span></div>
</li>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Bake it for 10 mins. Reduce the temperature to 110C and bake it for another 25 mins.</span></div>
</li>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">It will be a bit wobbly in the middle. Leave it in the oven for an hour and then chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. </span></div>
</li>
</ul>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>Note: </b>Please double the ingredients to make a bigger cheesecake. I was trying it out for the first time so made a small batch. Also add more sugar if you want a sweeter cake. We found the sweetness just right. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I have had cheesecake from <a href="http://www.thecheesecakefactory.com/" target="_blank">The Cheesecake Factory</a> which is like to die for. This recipe sort of matches up to it. But its no replacement for a cheesecake from the factory. Sadly there isn't one in India so we have to manage with this recipe. :)</span></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I can guarantee that this is much better than what some of the bakeries/pastry shops sell in India. They make a mousse and call it cheesecake which really irritates me. Just call a mousse a mousse and not a cheesecake!!</span></div>

<b><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Ingredients:</span></b></div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">100gm butter</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">4Tbsp cocoa powder</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">2 eggs</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">150 gm sugar (<i>I powdered mine</i>)</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">6Tbsp flour</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">1 tsp vanilla essence</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">1/2 tsp Baking powder</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">1/2 cup chopped nuts (<i>almonds, cashews, walnuts</i>)</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">2 Tbsp milk</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Pinch of salt (<i>not required if using salted butter</i>)</span></li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<b><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Preparation:</span></b></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjn62u4_QbwmkJVGJg93Rl0V0pRdVcUMKiFz2iCZuXg_1Qish0sqxyQ6-zp6QKTHsRATcCB7RNuLX9NzXg8MbJTsaUhyphenhyphenayCaSMeal8h2ISNahYduiKz8XUedHmjQeKJCV5IhYxPFJn6arY/s1600/PhotoGrid_1373993392181.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjn62u4_QbwmkJVGJg93Rl0V0pRdVcUMKiFz2iCZuXg_1Qish0sqxyQ6-zp6QKTHsRATcCB7RNuLX9NzXg8MbJTsaUhyphenhyphenayCaSMeal8h2ISNahYduiKz8XUedHmjQeKJCV5IhYxPFJn6arY/s640/PhotoGrid_1373993392181.jpg" width="283" /></span></a></div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Melt the butter and cocoa by putting it in the microwave for a minute. Use the same dish that is going to be used to bake the dish. This is a one bowl brownie</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Next add eggs, sugar and milk to the same bowl. Mix it well.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"> Add vanilla essence, flour and salt to the mixture.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Add the chopped nuts.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Finally add the baking powder and mix it. Don't mix it too much just enough that it is incorporated into the dish</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Microwave it for 6 minutes and the brownie is ready.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Cool it down on a wire rack before serving.</span></li>
</ul>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;">In our house it is eaten directly off the dish and all the cooling is done in the mouth.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>Notes: </b></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b><br /></b></span></div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Cocoa powder can be replaced with cooking chocolate. I replaced 2 tbsp. with 100gm of chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl before adding to the mixture.</span></div>
</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Also if you want a gooey brownie add additional 2-3 Tbsp of milk.</span></div>

Don't get overwhelmed by seeing all the ingredients and length of the recipe. Trust me its easy peasy. I'm as lazy as you all are and want to spend less time in the kitchen as possible. </span></div>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
Let's start then with the easy and time consuming bit</span><br />
<br />
<b><u><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Roasted Vegetables</span></u></b><br />
<b><br /></b><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
<b>Ingredients:</b></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<ul style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2 tomatoes </span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2 onions </span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2 red/green/yellow Peppers aka Capsicum</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1 tsp of Ground black pepper</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1 tsp of Rosemary</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1 tsp of thyme</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Salt to taste</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Olive oil to drizzle</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span></ul>
<b><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Preparation:</span></b><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<ol style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade. </span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Halve and deseed the capsicum and then cut each half into 4 pieces. </span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Peel and cut the onions into 8 wedges. </span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Quarter the tomatoes</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Put all the cut veggies into a bowl</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Add the black pepper, rosemary, thyme and salt. Mix it well</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Drizzle the olive oil and mix it well like tossing a salad so everything is coated well.</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Spread the veggies into baking tray or dish and roast it in the oven for around an hour till the veggies have become soft and cooked properly.</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span></ol>
<div>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Jamie's tip in roasting vegetables is to make sure that they are not crowded otherwise the veggies don't get cooked evenly. Its better to do them in batches. </span></div>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Let's get on to the Chicken Schnitzel next while the veggies are getting roasted. </span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span></ul>
<div>
</div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Preparation:</span></b><b><br /></b></div>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Mix the bread crumbs, cheese, herbs, salt & paper and transfer to a plate</span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Cut the chicken horizontally into thin steaks.</span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Place chicken between 2 sheets of cling film/butter paper and pound with the flat side of a meat mallet. (<i>I didn't have a meat mallet. I used a frying pan and pound that chicken)</i></span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Whisk egg and milk in a bowl. Spread flour onto a plate.</span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Take a piece of chicken and coat it with flour on all sides. Dunk it into the egg mixture</span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Finally coat the chicken with the bread crumb mixture. Press it firmly to coat. </span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium heat and cook the chicken on each side for 4-5 minutes till it is tender and golden.</span></div>
</li>
<li><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Repeat steps 5 to 7 for the remaining chicken pieces.</span></div>
</li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span></ol>
<div>
</div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Voila your schnitzel is ready. All it needs is some sauce to drizzle.</span></div>
<div>
</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
<u>Mustard Cream Sauce</u></span></h4>

<b><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Ingredients:</span></b></div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1/4 cup chicken broth (<i>I made it using Maggie chicken cubes)</i></span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1/2 cup cream (<i>I used Amul cream)</i></span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">2 tbsp of Dijon mustard (<i>see note)</i></span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">1 tsp of oregano</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span></ul>
<div>
<b><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Preparation:</span></b></div>
</div>
<div>
</div>
<ol style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Pour the chicken broth into a hot skillet</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Whisk in cream, mustard and oregano</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Cook and stir for about 2 mins</span></li>
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">
</span></ol>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><b style="font-style: italic;">Note: </b><i>Dijon mustard is not as same as regular yellow mustard. From what I have read <a href="http://www.ehow.com/list_7268573_dijon-mustard-substitutes.html" target="_blank">here</a>, Dijon mustard can be replaced with regular. I had a bottle of Dijon at home so I used that. I have not tried it with regular mustard. </i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Do let me know if anyone gives it a shot with regular mustard. </span></i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Plate it up with a side of roasted veggies, a portion of chicken schnitzel drizzled with the mustard sauce. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;">Trust me its worth it! Its bliss!! Pure bliss!!</span></div>
